Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any hidden charges?
No, all possible extra charges are listed on every estimate in the terms and conditions section. We highly suggest that you look over the terms and conditions of your estimate prior to signing your estimate.
How does your company avoid damages during a move?
All furniture items are padded and wrapped (or banded with large rubber bands, it depends on the piece) before we ever pick it up or move it. That means that there will always be a layer of padding between your furniture and any walls, railings, or door jams that the furniture will be moved through.
Thus, by protecting the furniture, we also protect the home the furniture is being moved around in.
We protect floors that are easily damaged by laying pads in high traffic areas and spots where we will be dropping off boxes.
What are All Out Moving payment terms?
For local and long distance moves we accept cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and all forms of Credit/ Debit cards.

Do you have flat rates?
How many movers will show up on moving day?
Depending on the size of the move but the usually 3 movers which consist of 1 driver/foreman and 2 helpers.
What type of trucks do you use?
We only use 24 and 26 foot box trucks. Every truck is outfitted with professional moving pads, dollies, toolkits, bungies, and everything else necessary to get you from point A to point B in the same condition you left in (if not better!).
All of our trucks are equipped with a heavy-duty loading ramp and a number of trucks in our fleets have lift gates as well (especially useful in certain circumstances)
What happens if we experience inclement weather during my move?
Bad weather happens and the majority of the time we keep moving during minor storms. All furniture items are protected (padded and wrapped/banded) before they leave your house so they don’t get exposed to the elements. Usually, there is not much of a walk in between the house to the truck so a little rain is rarely an issue.
If it is raining very hard we can either wait for the rain to pass or reschedule the move. It really depends on the situation.
As always, we will never move anything if you feel the environment isn’t right.
How do you estimate the weight of my shipment when providing a quote?
By obtaining a list of items of what the client is moving we use and industry standard table of weights and measure to approximate the weight based on the list given to us.
Will my items be combined with other households?
All Out Moving does not combine shipments. We dedicate a truck solely to your job and majority of the time your move can be completed in under 1 day!
